It looks like MySQL 8.0.35 is failing to start on your system.
If you download and install Local 9.1.1 instead (which uses MySQL 8.0.16), does that work for you?
If that works, you could use it for now and keep an eye out for Local 9.2.2, which should be out soon and fixes some issues with MySQL 8.0.35 on Windows.
