Facing “uh-oh unable to provision site” error. Tried following other FAQ’s but it didn’t help. Please help

It looks like there’s some sort of issues initializing a new site because of an error with MySQL.
Can you please provide your Local Log so we can have some more details about what’s going on? See this Community Forum post for instructions on how to do so:
Can you also let us know if you have any antivirus software running that might be interfering with Local’s ability to create files?
One other question – is this happening when importing a site from a zip file, or is this happening when trying to create a new, plain WordPress site as well?
