Unable start on local Ubuntu 22.04.1

Bug Summary

When try to setup local WP site than shown error & can’t process

Steps to reproduce

Download latest version from site & install in Ubuntu & start default WP site with default config

Environment Info

• What Operating System are you using? Ubuntu 22
• What versions of site software (Nginx, Apache, PHP, MySQL) is used? PHP - 8.1, Mysql - 8, Nginx
• What version of Local is installed?

For ubuntu Install 6.5.2 version which also return same error

Also check with macOS which shown error as attached
