Unable to Log in from Desktop App

Issue Summary

I am unable to log in to my account from the Desktop application, hence, I cannot access the Live Links. Kindly see attached images below.

    Latest Version. Local 6.7.2

    • macOS Ventura

Security Reminder

Local does a pretty good job of scrubbing private info from the logs and the errors it produces, however, there’s always the possibility that something private can come through. Because these are public forums, always review the screenshots you are sharing to make sure there isn’t private info like passwords being displayed.

You might try some of these steps to see if they resolve it:

  • Use a VPN
  • Use a LTE Hotspot
  • Connect to another network
  • Use a different browser
  • Restart your network
  • Check if you have any firewall, security, or antivirus applications or extensions that could be blocking the process
