Bug Summary
Impossible to log in to local throughs the Local app. Tried to reinstall Local and delete all its data.
Steps to reproduce
- Start Local
- Click on profile icon - button Log in to Local
- Opens Safari with error Safari cannot open website “localhost:49003/callback”, because server cannot be found server “localhost”
Cannot connect Local app to my registered account on Local.

Are you running any other developer applications? Do you have any antivirus, security, or firewall applications that could be blocking Local?
If you’re still having trouble could you send us a full log file? Retrieving Local’s Log File
No everything is turned off.

Can you try any of the following?
- Alternative browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc if you’re using Safari)
- A different network, or using a VPN or cellular LTE data instead of WiFi
system
