Unable to start site after upgrade to Local silicon: Error: spawn /Users/~ …

What issue or error are you experiencing?

I downloaded and installed local for ARM Mac on a new machine.
Since the update some the sites won’t start and report the following error:

Error: spawn /Users/username/Library/Application Support/Local/lightning-services/mysql-8.0.35+2/bin/darwin-arm64/bin/mysqladmin ENOENT
at ChildProcess._handle.onexit (node:internal/child_process:285:19)
at onErrorNT (node:internal/child_process:483:16)
at process.processTicksAndRejections (node:internal/process/task_queues:90:21)

What steps can be taken to replicate the issue? Feel free to include screenshots, videos, etc

Local Logs

Attach your Local Logs here (Help Doc - Retrieving Local’s Log)

I attach the log at this link local-logs.txt because it’s too long for this textbox…

Security Reminder
Local does a pretty good job of scrubbing private info from the logs and the errors it produces, however there’s always the possibility that something private can come through. Because these are public forums, always review the screenshots you are sharing to make sure there isn’t private info like passwords being displayed.

Are you able to create a new, blank site and access that okay @en_fer? Or do you get an error there too?

hello,
no, nothing was working. I had to flush the whole installation (go and look for all the com.getflywheel.lightning… files in the library and so on) and reinstall from scratch reimporting the zipped sites :frowning:

Thank you for following up @en_fer! How have things been working for you since then? Any other issues?

hello, well, it’s been working fine since I did a total reinstall… except for the usual pain of moving the Local Sites folder…

Okay thank you for the details @en_fer - if you hit any other snags let us know!
