Upgrading to PHP 7 hangs

Hi there

I’ve used the dropdown selector to change a site to PHP 7.03 and Local has just hung for ages until I finally just shut it down. This seems to have killed the site locally. I’ve been able to set it up again as another instance as PHP 7 with no problems. Wondering if that’s how the PHP selector is supposed to be used and if the hanging situation is a bug. On a Mac.
