Warning! Missing hosts entry when trying to access the site Amazing College for tutorial

Local installed and set up WP site called AmazingCollege.com for a tutorial

When trying to select the site from the opening Local page I get this orange warning on top of the window:

When I click FIX IT I get the EPERM error window:
EPERM%20error

This looks like the same problem but can not find the solution:
