I have been using the link with my client for several days, everything was working.
Today the site is not displaying properly, as if it was broken. I didn’t touch anything in particular, I don’t understand.
everything is white, no image and all text is aligned to the left…

Hi @clairelaz! Can you check to see if there are any plugin or theme caches that can be cleared? Or CSS regenerated?
You may also need to try using a cache busting string on the URL or viewing it in an incognito window.
If you’re still having trouble check the console for mixed content errors. These could be causing issues with images and potentially resolved by opening up your site shell and running some Search + Replace.
