Which theme to develop a web site with some features

Hello,

I would like to develop a web site with some features but I do not succeed to do it within the free of charge theme Twenty Twenty Three. On of the feature is the possibility to put a background color only at the header level. Within the theme Twenty Twenty Three, it seems that it is only possible to put a background color on the entire site.
Globally which theme could I use to make a site as this one : https://www.placier-energie.com/

Thank you for joining the Local forums however this question isn’t really Local specific but more just for general WordPress development. You might try checking out the themes at WordPress.org and joining some of the conversations in their groups for tips.
