I would like to know which web browsers are compatibles with “local flywhee” if I used it with Windows 10?

Local works great on Windows with any browser except for Edge due to a well-known bug between Edge and VirtualBox.
If you need to visit your Local site on Edge you can do so by enabling the “Live Link” functionality.
