What issue or error are you experiencing?

Installs normal but will not open site. It stops at this point :

It looks like it is loading, the bar is going like it does. If I exit I get this error:

Nothing happens when I click on FIX

What steps can be taken to replicate the issue? Feel free to include screenshots, videos, etc

Will happen every time.

Security Reminder
Local does a pretty good job of scrubbing private info from the logs and the errors it produces, however there’s always the possibility that something private can come through. Because these are public forums, always review the screenshots you are sharing to make sure there isn’t private info like passwords being displayed.

Generally on Windows this likely means Local is being restricted. You might need to make sure you are an admin user and Local has access to update the hosts file. This would be a good place to start:

If that still doesn’t work do you have any antivirus, security, or firewall applications that could be blocking Local?
