Woocommerce Performance Issues

Hi Guys,
I have noticed a massive performance difference between a normal wordpress site and one that is running woocommerce. I have downloaded my woocommerce site to redesign it and it is becoming virtually impossible to work on. I have including my log for you to have a look at.

local-by-flywheel.log (68.0 KB)

If i do a fresh install the site is blazing fast as soon as i migrate one or download a live site performance starts to degrade. If i install a woocommerce site it is practically unusable.

Hi Mark,

Thanks for the system specs and details!

Have you tried enabling Faster Docker Volumes in Preferences » Advanced?

Sorry for the slowdown!

Hi Clay,
Yeah I did, but does not seem to do anything. I noticed a few errors in the log file so I thought I better post it. I did notice Bitdefender going mad and blocking and quarantining random stuff under threat defence etc. Not sure if it is Bitdefender causing the slow down or if it actually is local by flywheel.

Mark

Aha. Yeah, WinNFSd.exe needs to run for Faster Docker Volumes to work.
