Woocommerce plugin failed

Trying to install woocommerce plugin and I’m getting the following error message

The Local router is not able to connect to the site you requested. We suggest you try the following:

I restarted and tried about 5 times with no luck. I even downloaded the plugin to my computer and tried manual install and it when to a white screen saying local router error. restart local and try again if problem persist contact flywheel.

Windows 10 and local is the newest version I downloaded it again on Wednesday

Can you try without faster docker volumes and with it on.
To test.

i tried it both ways and I keep getting same error message.
