Same issue here. On lastest Windows version 5.7.4.
The thread is getting ridiculous. We are getting zero support for an issue common to a bunch of us.
I’m thinking of going back to desktopServer.

Same problem here. Existing sites work fine but can not add a new site without getting a Wordpress could not install error.
