Can't install wordpress

Hello,
So I’ve installed the latest version of local. When i wanted to make a WP it gived me this error:

I’ve restard the laptop and started the website manually and i can’t see the website, error: This site can’t be reached.

I also installed an older version of the local by flywheen and i have the same problem…i don’t know what to do…some help, please.

• What computer OS are you using?
• What version of VirtualBox is installed (If applicable, this software is bundled with your initial Local installation)?
• What version of Local are you currently using?
• Please attach a copy of your Local logs (how to grab those: https://local.getflywheel.com/community/t/how-do-i-retrieve-locals-log-file/)

Here it is the log file
local-by-flywheel.log (17.1 KB)

Hey @mihai.icey.ro, thanks for that Local Log!

It almost seems like Local is having problems loading the configuration for the custom environment. For example, I’m seeing lines in the log that look like this:

Aug 26, 2019, 7:45 PM GMT+3 - warn: [main/waitForFile] /etc/apache2/mods-available/proxy_fcgi.load does not exist
Aug 26, 2019, 7:45 PM GMT+3 - error: [main/createWebServerConf] /etc/apache2/mods-available/proxy_fcgi.load does not exist.
Aug 26, 2019, 7:45 PM GMT+3 - error: [EnvironmentCustom] /etc/apache2/mods-available/proxy_fcgi.load does not exist.

and

Aug 26, 2019, 7:45 PM GMT+3 - warn: [main/waitForFile] /conf/php/7.2.0/etc/php-fpm.conf does not exist
{ stdout: '', stderr: '' }
Aug 26, 2019, 7:45 PM GMT+3 - warn: [main/index] Unhandled Rejection at: Promise  Promise {
  <rejected> '/conf/php/7.2.0/etc/php-fpm.conf does not exist.' } reason: /conf/php/7.2.0/etc/php-fpm.conf does not exist.

Are you able to create a new WordPress site using the Preferred Environment?

Can you also check to see if the custom-1-3-0 folder is located in the environments folder of the Local Configuration folder? To do this:

  1. Open Local, and select “Help > Reveal Local Router’s Log”
  2. Within that same directory, there should be an environments folder

Can you try deleting the custom-1-3-0 folder and then try to create a new custom site within Local? Here’s how that folder looks for me on a Mac:

Hello, I have the same problems after deleting those files :frowning:

After deleting that folder, did you try creating a new WordPress site?

If you are still having issues, can you provide an updated version of the Local log for us to review?
