Wordpress not installing

I have tried installing Local numerous times. Each time it gets stuck on wordpress version for hours overnight. Between installs I have uninstalled Local and cleared all the folders, and checked the registry for anything obvious. I’m using the latest download for windows 10.

I’ve managed to resolve my issue. Now up and running.
I specified my site name as ohwc.org.uk Local didn’t like this. It was happy with a site name of ohwc.
