5.2.3 Adding Wordpress Fails for New Site

I create a new site, and when the provisioning gets to the “Adding Wordpress…” step, it fails.

It seems as if something is stopping it from installing Wordpress? The screenshot of the exact error message is below, and I attached my local-lightning.log.

Upgrading to High Sierra fixes this bug for me.
