Local 5.2.3 Error Installing WordPress

Local 5.2.3 cannot start site
Mac os Sierra 10.12.6

Is Local 5.2.3 working on Sierra or do I absolutely need to upgrade to High Sierra to make it work?
How can I fix this (preferably not upgrading OS)

I get the same error, which I posted about here a couple days ago: 5.2.3 Adding Wordpress Fails for New Site.

Are you also on Mac OS Sierra or another version?

I got the same error and am on Mac OS Sierra 10.12.6

Also on MacOS Sierra, so could have something to do with that.

I just upgraded to High Sierra, and the bug is fixed.
