Add INTL (icu) PHP Extension

Hi,
I need to use PHP NumberFormatter Class.
My config:
LbF 3.0.4 Mac 10.14.3

I tried to follow the “How to compile additional PHP extensions?” tutorial and some others on the net but I always get something that does not work.
Someone to help me?
