Local 10 (out now) brings backups into the core app, which also includes backup deletion and other new options such as “download zip”.
To be able to delete existing backups, you will need to migrate them so they appear in Local 10. You can then remove the Cloud Backups add-on and access the deletion option shown below. Info here on the migration process:
