Does this happen for all sites in Local, or just one in particular?
It happens to 2 sites I created lately. I tried an older one and it opens normally. -
Are you able to create a new, plain WordPress site in Local and access it in a Browser?

I click “OPEN ADMINER” and then I get “Unable to connect” in the Browser.
