Within local i can open Adminer, but i can’t open Sequel pro (well with an unknown Error) 
I’m on Mac OS Catalina - any Issue there?

This is a known bug with Sequel Pro - the software will crash if it tries to connect to a MySQL8 instance of MySQL. Currently MySQL8 is the only version run by Local Lightning.
Others have reported working around this by using a nightly build of Sequel Pro, which may work with MySQL8.
