Local seems to prevent AMPPS to work
Since I installed Local AMPPS does not start Apache anymore and http://localhost:80 lead to a 404 local page : Site Not Found, The site you requested does not have an associated route in Local.
If you continue to get this message after refreshing, try restarting the Local site.
If the error persists, check the Local Router Logs in Local by going to
Help » Reveal Local Router’s Logs…

Does this happen for all sites in Local, or just one in particular?

Are you able to create a new, plain WordPress site in Local and access it in a Browser?

Replication
AMPPS 3.8 installed and running well then installing Local by Flywheel (Mac OS High Sierra) then problem described ocurred.

Security Reminder
Local does a pretty good job of scrubbing private info from the logs and the errors it produces, however there’s always the possibility that something private can come through.
