Does anyone know why these files would be missing from a basic Wordpress installation on a local pc?
FYI, turned off firewall, antivirus, etc.
Happens on imported sites also.

It is for web development on a local server.

When you create a new Local site (or import) what files do you see (as you said these ones are missing)?

All the files outside of the core 3 folders that I showed. I am being told that the local app does not import them when it is local on a computer, (Not live).
