Can not imported template kit from Royal Addons

Hi everyone, I am using Local to learn creating website, but I have problem when I try to imported a kit from Royal Addons. When I use temporary site this issue does not happen but that site can’t last long. Did anyone solves this problem and how you did it? Thank you for reading.
