After update Local ver 7.0 to 9.2.5,I cannot open any site of Local.The site is loading all the time when I try to open it.
OS:Windows 11 Home
I have tried,
・error.php was empty.
・I have written this code in wp-config.php
define(‘WP_HOME’, ‘http://test74-recover.local’);
define(‘WP_SITEURL’, ‘http://test74-recover.local’);
define(‘FORCE_SSL_ADMIN’, false);
・uninstall Local and download Local ver 7.2. 1(old one)
Have you restarted since upgrading?
If so, please can you share your Local logs?

In order to refresh here and start with a clean slate could you give the below troubleshooting steps a try?

Export any sites that you have on Local and save them to a folder somewhere on your computer. Import/Export a WordPress Site - Local

Fully uninstall Local from your computer with the Windows specific steps here.

Install the latest version of Local on this link.

Once that is done, please restart the computer.

After restarting, check to make sure you’re running Local as an admin user, that you don’t have any security blockers, and that Local has access to update your Hosts file. More details here: Troubleshoot: Windows + Local - Local

Check and see if the issue still persists with a new site, or after re-importing the site you saved. Import/Export a WordPress Site - Local
