Can't create new sites, since Local is requesting administrative privileges

Every time I try to create a new site it doesn’t run, saying “Local is requesting administrative privileges”. But I can’t click on this pop up, so I can’t do anything. I’ve disactivated any antivirus and deleted and installed again Local but still it doesn’t work.
Can you help me with that please?

Are you running your machine as an admin user?

Is your hosts file read only?
