Can't find how to customize environment when creating site?

Hello,
had trouble with LBF so I uninstalled/reinstalled it; my current version is 5.0.5+900, and since i’ve installed it, it no longer asks me anything about the required environment when creating a new site.

It’s What’s your site’s name > Setup Wordpress > Add site

Where has the environment setup page gone ?

The beta only uses nginx and PHP 7.3.x. There are no choices as yet so no need.
