Can't push any sites to flywheel at all since most recent update

Local Version 5.2.3+2248

Was working fine previously but since updating I can’t push anything to flywheel, one site is stuck connected to local, and I can’t disconnect from, or remove existing flywheel login to try and reboot the connection
