Can't update plugins - permissions error

Hello,
Every time I update plugins I get this error:

Downloading update from https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/user-role-editor.4.35.3.zip…
Unpacking the update…
Installing the latest version…
Removing the old version of the plugin…
Plugin update failed.
An error occurred while updating User Role Editor: Could not remove the old plugin.

I’m on macOS Sierra 10.12.5. Local is 2.0.6.

Sorry for the trouble!

Can you please try restarting the site and then updating the plugin?

If the issue persists, please go to Preferences » Advanced and disable “Faster Docker Volumes”

Hey Clay,
Disabling Faster Docker Volumes did the trick, but how can I keep it enabled and still update everything properly?
