Changing Light/Dark Mode doesnt have effect until quit and restart on macOS

Light Mode / Dark Mode on macOS Issue

When Changing from Light mode to Dark mode on macOS, Local does not change, You have to quit and restart the app for changes to take place after altering Light and Dark. It should happen right away with apps.

The problem still persists, but now the Local does the opposite of what is set in the system. If I change the system to light mode, it becomes dark, and if I change it to dark mode, it becomes light.
