Console errors in WP dashboard and blank screen on edit page

What issue or error are you experiencing?

I’m having an issue where I can’t open any posts to edit them from the WP dashboard. On the posts page I’m getting some errors (see screenshot with 6 errors). Then if I click the edit link for a post the screen is blank and I get 30 errors (see second screenshot). Turning off all plugins and increasing the memory limit doesn’t solve the problem.

What steps can be taken to replicate the issue? Feel free to include screenshots, videos, etc

Security Reminder
Local does a pretty good job of scrubbing private info from the logs and the errors it produces, however there’s always the possibility that something private can come through. Because these are public forums, always review the screenshots you are sharing to make sure there isn’t private info like passwords being displayed.

Hi @MrJ

If you create a new, blank site in Local do you have the issue there? Or is it unique this specific install?

Hi Nick. After some investigation I realised some code I’d put in the functions file was doing it, nothing to do with Local! My bad!
