Could not update hosts file, Windows 10 Pro OS

Hi Dev Team,

I’ve been using this application for more than a year now and it’s very helpful and I don’t encounter any problem.
But recently, I’ve got a new laptop and I want to install it also to this but always got an error “Warning! Missing hosts entry. This site may be inaccessible.” every time I start the site.
I already browse and tried the suggestion from FAQ and other previous support thread but cannot fix it.
Heres the screenshot of the error:

Note: I don’t have any antivirus installed as this was a fresh installed Windows 10 Pro OS and already tried to open the host file and edit it using notepad and notepad++ and it successfully saved.

Please check my log file for your reference.
