Database Error. Can't load site after attempting UpdraftPlus backup with latest version of local

Issue Summary

Have just updated to latest version of Local. Before updating Elementor + Pro wanted to do a backup of site so used UpdraftPlus as that is what is running on the live site. It stalled during process and now I have the following errors and can’t reconnect to the site. I don’t know how to deactivate plugins via local (in case that may fix it). Adminer is requiring a password and I don’t know what that is :frowning:

I really hope you can help. I’m a designer not a developer so not techy and am panicking now as I don’t have a back-up of the work I’ve done so far and am up against a deadline.
I’ve attached screengrabs of the error display in my browser.

Troubleshooting Questions

  • Does this happen for all sites in Local, or just one in particular?
    Just one, but haven’t tried it with others

  • Are you able to create a new, plain WordPress site in Local and access it in a Browser?

System Details

  • Which version of Local is being used?

  • What Operating System (OS) and OS version is being used?

    • For example: macOS Catalina or Windows 10 Professional
      Mac OS Catalina (10.15.7)
