Images not importing when I’m installing a demo website from Phlox theme.
Troubleshooting Questions

Does this happen for all sites in Local, or just one in particular?
It happens for all sites. -
Are you able to create a new, plain WordPress site in Local and access it in a Browser?
Yes
Replication
On an empty Local WP website, install Phlox theme - either free or pro version. Go to Demo Import - select any demos and click full immport. Everything imports (including showing counter for images being imported). After the installation is complete the Media Library is empty and there are no images on the website.
If you follow the same steps with the same theme on a LIVE server, everything works properly. Images are imported with no issues.

6.1.5+3356 but previous version had the same problem -

Security Reminder
Local does a pretty good job of scrubbing private info from the logs and the errors it produces, however there’s always the possibility that something private can come through. Because these are public forums, always review the screenshots you are sharing to make sure there isn’t private info like passwords being displayed.
