Problem with Duplicator Plugin on localhost.
The mysqldump program was not found at its default location. To use mysqldump, ask your host to install it or for a custom mysqldump path.

Are you trying to move a hosted site into Local with that plugin or are you trying use the plugin to migrate a site from Local to elsewhere? Can you provide some more details about your workflow?
Additionally could you share these as well?

I think the problem is that Plugin Duplicator search, by default, in C/localhost, but Local installs by default in C:\Users\Administrator\Local Sites\MySite\app\public

I’m not familiar with using Duplicator but I checked their site and found a help article here:
If you’re trying to take the site to a specific host they might also have some migration alternatives or recommendations to make as well.
I notice from some of Duplicator’s steps however it does seem like they should be able to find the right path. I’m just not sure where that is set or configured in their UI:
