I just Created a new local site.
Installed the ASTRA theme with no problems.
I downloaded plugins from ASTRA.
→ I can’t upload any plugins from ASTRA.
→ I get the same error message:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator at webmaster@localhost to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

I just created one site. -
Are you able to create a new, plain WordPress site in Local and access it in a Browser?

Security Reminder
Local does a pretty good job of scrubbing private info from the logs and the errors it produces, however there’s always the possibility that something private can come through. Because these are public forums, always review the screenshots you are sharing to make sure there isn’t private info like passwords being displayed.
