i have backed up my site via BackwUp from wordpress… When i download the zip file and try to drag it to flywheel local — it keeps saying the error: Sorry we coulndt figure out what to do with the import file provided. pls extract manually"
I dont know what to do here… i just downloaded on the backwup as per instruction and it was downloaded via zip file but when i put it there its saying that error. pls help!!!

If you open up that zip you downloaded from BackWPup does it contain the necessary files? See this help doc for more information about Importing a Site into Local:
If you’re missing either the wp-content or sql database file, you may want to export again and ensure you’re exporting both items.
