Everything on all sites has slowed down

Issue Summary

_All 6 sites loaded onto the Local server have slowed to an unacceptable level.

Troubleshooting Questions

Just moving from different selections is taking 19 secs. Opening any site to dashboard takes about 19 secs. Switching from Edit to Customise takes for ever

Replication

This happens on all sites loaded in Local. Each site uses a different theme but does you Elementor Pro.
