Exporting database from Local as MySql

Hello,

I’m looking to export the database from local to migrate the site to another host. I’ll be adding this database to PHP and wondering how I go about exporting it in a MySql format or how I go about exporting it another way in Adminer to achieve the same thing.

I am not technically knowledgeable in this area, so any help would be appreciated. The files have all been transferred its just the databases.

Update: I have exported it from Adminer, but for some reason the tables are not showing up correctly in my host. Would really appreciate any help on this.
