Problem Export DataBase Adminer and PhpMyAdmin

Hi !

I finished my wordpress site locally with local by flywheel. So I want to migrate it online. But Local by Flywheel uses Adminer and my Server (on OVH) only uses PhpMyAdmin. So I have a problem because I can’t import the database from Adminer to PhpMyAdmin. Do you have a solution ?
