It was running fast for a while, then after I started making changes to some php files it loads very slow! Around 50s to over a minute.
I think I figured it out. The first site was created using the the Preferred settings, I created a new one with Custom settings and it is running fast!

Are you on Windows or macOS? Also, what settings did you select when you went with Custom?
Actually it wasn’t the settings that matters, I played around with it. The only problem was when I created a site called “test” any other site name worked good.
Glad to hear the issue went away after changing the name.
