Failed to restore using Cloud Backups & Google - been over a month now!

I raised a topic over a month ago regarding an issue with restoring from Cloud Backup and Google to a new local site.

When the new site is finished being populated by the back up and you run the site via local I receive a 403 forbidden response.

I cannot be the only person experiencing issues like this from back ups can I?

Has anyone got any ideas how to resolve this issue, because at present whats the point in having back ups if they don’t work? Very annoying

I had the same issue when trying to connect on my MacBook Pro and disconnecting my Google Drive account and reconnecting it worked for me.
