Issue Summary

Hello everyone, I don’t know what happent to the header and footer layout of my site when I view under live link. it works fine under preview and edit version and I think it happens like that since the beginning. Please see photos for your reference. I’ve also attached local logs as well.
Does anybody have the same problems or do you know how to fix it? Please let me know. Thank you so much.

Troubleshooting Questions

This happens to all sites in Local.

  • Are you able to create a new, plain WordPress site in Local and access it in a Browser?
    Yes, I am able to

Replication

Describe the steps that others can take to replicate this issue. If you have screenshots that can help clarify what is happening, please include them!

At the beginning, I used the theme builder from the 3rd party for my site named Astra, but I couldn’t be able to edit anything, so I disabled that theme, and create new header and footer with Elementor theme builder, but I didn’t check the condition of the live link with the intial theme so I can’t really tell if it’s because of that or not.

  • Attach the Local Log. See this Help Doc for instructions on how to do so:

Security Reminder

Local does a pretty good job of scrubbing private info from the logs and the errors it produces, however there’s always the possibility that something private can come through. Because these are public forums, always review the screenshots you are sharing to make sure there isn’t private info like passwords being displayed.
