Get Help not working and SSL trust button not showing

I cant’ access support as my “Get Help” screen doesn’t show any options apart from “Visit the community” button.
My site overview page doesn’t show a “Trust” button next to SSL site name
Also doesn’t show a “Change” button next to Site Domain

Troubleshooting Question

All my sites appear this way and work fine but I can not create new sites.

• Are you able to create a new, plain WordPress site in Local and access it in a Browser?

All local support is done here in the forums, so you’re in the right place!

That note next to the SSL line in Local, mentions that the localhost Router Mode is enabled. This is the reason why the “trust SSL” button isn’t showing.

If you want to allow Local to manage the site’s SSL certificate, you’ll need to change the router mode to “Site domains” under “Preferences > Advanced.”
