How do I migrate from Windows to Ubuntu?

I’ve tried migrating from Windows by backing up my sites under the Local Sites folder and then copying them all to Ubuntu’s Local Sites folder.

I’ve also copy-pasted the every file under /user/AppData/Roaming/Local/ to /home/.config/Local/

Yet I get a WordPress error: “Error establishing a database connection”

I’m using the latest version of Local. I recently migrated from windows and backed all the personal files, I should’ve exported and made a blueprint but it slipped my mind. I’d really appreciate finding a solution to this issue.
