I would like to know how to export Localwp site to host and with which plugin?

To create a simple zip export of your site from Local you can just right-click the site name and select Export. Some hosts might offer a migration service just with this file.
If you’d specifically like to use a migration plugin we recommend WP Migrate PRO which does require a subscription.
There might be other free ways you can go about doing a manual migration such as moving site files through SFTP, SSH, etc. Or as I mentioned earlier depending on where you are hosting they might offer a service or plugin to help get your site into their platform.
