Wordpress local migration for test

  1. It’s possible make an import manually copying the files and folder manually?

  2. I create the site and open the site folder and copy my folders from WP, but Can I import the database? it take my real database, but I want a Local copy from my WP.

I want to clarify, have you followed this export workflow to export a site from Local?

And then if you want to import into Local you will need a wp-content folder and a sql database dump. I recommend reviewing this help doc around how to Import into Local:
