How to Share Local Project w/ Non-Developers

Hello,

I would like to solicit feedback on a prototype that I developed using Local.

Is it possible to share my prototype with non-developers – i.e., those who don’t have Local running on their system – in a way that shows site content and demonstrates site functionality?

Security Reminder
Local does a pretty good job of scrubbing private info from the logs and the errors it produces, however there’s always the possibility that something private can come through. Because these are public forums, always review the screenshots you are sharing to make sure there isn’t private info like passwords being displayed.

We do have a Live Links feature for sharing a front end view of the site that might work depending on how much of the “site functionality” you’re trying to showcase:

Another option would be to use a hosted Demo site. For example Flywheel has a free 14 day Demo, you could push a site up there and be able to share that with others:
